4 Brazil
Hello, I am Miss Delves and I am Brazil's class teacher for this year. I enjoy travelling around the world and have recently spent lots of time in Greece, Gran Canaria and Sweden. My favourite subject is Maths and I have a particular interest in Times tables. I spend lots of time exercising and dancing around and can often be found singing to my favourite artists/bands in the classroom.
Key information:
Please refer to Brazil classes timetable for summer 1. Occasionally, the timestable will be subject to change however, PE times will stay the same. On PE days (currently only Wednesday) , Brazil class will be expected to turn up in their correct P.E kit.
Children are expected to bring with them water bottles, planners, reading books and times table cards on a daily basis. Please ensure you check the children's pupil planner daily for any key updates. The children's planners should also be signed at home everyday to show their reading habits as it is important to their learning that they are being consistent with their reading.
Class timetable:
Homework:
Homework will be set on Wednesday and is due the following Wednesday. This will consist of 3 daily minutes on TTRS (21 minutes a week), weekly spellings, reading at home and a retrieval task based on the children's previous learning. Homework will be discussed on Wednesdays and children will stick this into their homework books. A weekly homework club is also offered to the children during Wednesday lunchtime, where they can complete anything that has been missed.
